Lakeside Studio has been a dealer in old and
modern master prints since 1968, and a publisher of original contemporary prints
since 1969. In 1984 they inaugurated an American artist in residence program at
their studio in Lakeside, Michigan, and in 1987 they initiated an international
artist in residence program beginning exchanges with the Soviet Artists Union,
placing an emphasis on sculpture and ceramics. In subsequent years this included
exchanges with such diverse cultures as Australia, Poland, China, India, Latvia,
Lithuania, Georgia, France, Holland and England. Lakeside Gallery continues to
exhibit a wide collection of the work created in it's studios by these
internationally known artists, along with a variety of current exhibitions.
